- Listing is free and we charge no commission: you risk nothing by being here. And while demand grows, your listing is already building reputation and verification for when it arrives.
- What if setting it all up is a hassle?
- If your place is already listed elsewhere, you upload the photos and the description you already wrote, and sync the calendar over iCal so you don't keep two diaries.
- What if I don't get paid?
- The guest transfers the deposit straight to your account before arriving; you collect the rest in person when you hand over the keys. With the booking backup you also leave a backing that makes you more eligible.
Optional services, not a toll
Instead of a commission, we offer services you hire once if you want to give more assurance: in-person verification and the booking backup. Everything else (photos, cleaning, pool, garden) you hire from independent providers in the services marketplace, with the final price in view.
There's no commission here: there's a host who paid once to make their house more credible.
