In-person verification
For hosts: someone from temporada goes to your property, confirms it exists and that it's as you show it. Guests see it with a badge, and choose with less fear. With a current verification you can also collect the deposit by bank transfer.
You schedule the visit
You pick a day and time. We go to the place and fill out a report: identity, condition, safety, equipment, utilities and how faithful the listing is.
You get a score and recommendations
The report gives a score from 0 to 100 and concrete improvements. The score appears on your listing as a trust seal.
You show up earlier and take more bookings
With a favorable report, while the verification is current you rank higher in results, can hold more confirmed bookings at once and also collect the deposit by bank transfer (without it, only through Mercado Pago).
You renew it every two years
A verification lasts two years and moves with what happens in your place: it can last less or earn an extra year. Each visit re-checks the previous recommendations.

Verification by area

The best value. We go out by area and visit several homes per day trip: the travel cost is shared, which is why it costs less. The date follows that schedule — we propose a day in advance and you confirm in one click.
Early-visit verification

No waiting for the group trip through your area: your visit is scheduled within 14 days of payment confirmation. You pay for an unshared trip, not artificial urgency.
Express verification

An extra visit, whenever you want. If you improved the place and want to update the score before your renewal, request an express one and we re-check everything, including the previous recommendations.
How long it lasts
A favorable verification lasts 2 years. It is not a seal forever: what we verify is how the place was on the day we visited, so the term moves with what happens afterwards.
What shortens it
- A change to the place —a new pool, an extra room, a different capacity—: 12 months less. What we saw is no longer what you list.
- Each negative review: 6 months less.
- Each neutral review: 3 months less.
- 12 months without any review: 6 months less.
What extends it: 12 more months
If the place holds up what we saw —at least 5 reviews averaging 4.5 or more, and 40% occupancy or more since the visit—, the verification gains a year. Both are needed: good reviews and people who actually stayed.
However much is deducted, a completed visit never counts for less than 3 months.
Free with booking backing
If you take booking backing of 7 nights or more, the first verification of that place is free. The backing tells guests you are committed to the booking; the verification, that the place exists and is as you show it. Together they are worth more than each one alone.
