What changes with temporada
No commission per booking
The deposit goes from the guest's account to yours. temporada never touches the money: it charges a yearly membership, nothing else.
Book by type, not by number
You publish “Double ×12, Suite ×2”. The guest picks the type; the room is assigned by the system or by your front desk, your call.
Occupancy front desk
Today's grid: who arrived, who leaves, walk-ins you log on the spot. What you record at reception stops selling online instantly.
Verified in person
We visit, walk the hotel with a hotel checklist and stamp it. That's what makes a guest choose you among twenty.
Hotel rates
Seasons, adjustments by date or weekday, plans with or without breakfast, non-refundable rates. Your rate sheet, not translated into “a house”.
Reception with its own account
Add the person on duty with the “reception” level: they run the front desk and arrivals, never rates or the listing.
How it works
Four steps. The first takes five minutes; the hotel stays a draft until you decide to publish.
Name, resort, exact address, MINTUR registration and check-in/out times. With your account or creating one on the spot.
Load types, rooms and rates
Define the types (“Sea-view double”, “Suite”), how many rooms of each, and the rate per season. The membership is computed as you go.
Publish
When nothing is missing, the hotel goes on sale. We schedule the verification visit and your first membership arrives with the launch discount.
Take requests and run the front desk
You accept, the guest transfers the deposit, you confirm. In January, reception works on the day's grid.
What it costs
One yearly membership per hotel, from your own rate sheet: one high-season night of every published room, added up. Not a cent per booking.
Example: 12 doubles at USD 120 and 2 suites at USD 260 in January come to USD 1,960 a year for the whole hotel, whatever you book.
Launch: 50% off the first cycle for hotels joining by December 31, 2026. Full membership from the next anniversary.
The cycle follows your entry date: join in October, the next membership comes in October next year. Paid by bank transfer.
What the membership includes
- Hotel page with the list of room types, price for the dates and “N left”
- Bookings by type with automatic or front-desk assignment
- Occupancy front desk with walk-ins and room changes
- Plans (breakfast, half board, non-refundable) and date adjustments
- In-person verification with a hotel checklist and the green seal
- Reception account without access to rates or the listing
- Requests, messages and receipts in one thread per booking
- Presence in search and on your resort's shop map
Who it's for
Seasonal hotels, inns and hostels: 6 to 80 rooms, season rates with date tweaks, and a reception that wants to stop writing in a notebook.
Not for chains with a channel manager and hourly revenue management: we don't sync with other portals or take card payments for you.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you charge a commission per booking?
- No. The deposit is transferred from the guest to your account and the balance is paid on arrival. temporada charges a yearly membership computed on your own rate sheet.
- Do I need the MINTUR registration?
- It's not required to publish today: Law 20.352 calls for the registration, but its regulation isn't in force yet. If you have it, add it and it shows on your listing; if not, you publish anyway and add it once you get it.
- Can I have different rates by date?
- Yes. Besides seasons, you add adjustments by date range (Carnival, a long weekend) or weekday, with a factor or a fixed price, for all types or one.
- What about cancellations?
- Each plan carries its policy: refundable with N days' notice or non-refundable. The policy is frozen in the booking so nobody argues later.
- Who assigns the room?
- You choose: the system takes a free room of the type at request time, or reception assigns on arrival. Either way the guest booked a type, and you can change the number without touching the booking.
- How does reception work?
- With its own account and the “reception” level: it sees the day's grid, logs walk-ins, assigns rooms and collects balances. It can't change rates or the listing.
