Seasonal homes in Uruguay, with no commission in between.
Booking is free. Since we don't charge commission, the same home costs you less — and the host still earns more.
Have a house? List it for free, no commission.
What you see is what the host charges. Not a peso more at the end.

There's a host on the other side, not a call center.
Listing is free
No commissions for the host. temporada doesn't take a percentage of the rent.
Someone visited the house
We verify properties in person. The green badge means someone from temporada was there and checked it.
The host backs your booking
With the booking backup, the host has paid for a service: if they don't deliver, temporada relocates you and works on getting your deposit back. They pay for it, not you.

Trust is earned, not bought
At temporada there's no multinational guaranteeing anything behind the scenes. There's something better, because you can verify it yourself:
- Someone visited the house
- A verifier visited it, checked it and photographed it. If it says “verified”, it's because someone was there.
- The host has a track record
- Reviews from people who stayed, not stars without context.
- Newcomers take few bookings
- Capacity grows with reviews. Nobody starts out juggling ten bookings at once.
- The host pays to back you
- Not the other way around.
You check all of this before transferring a single peso.
How temporada worksFrom September 15, 2026, Airbnb deducts 15.5% of every booking from Uruguayan hosts. Here the commission is zero, always.
Airbnb announcement of 7/7/2026: single owner-side fee of 15.5% of the subtotal, mandatory outside the EEA from 09/15/2026. temporada has no affiliation with Airbnb; it is mentioned for comparison only.
