No commission
We don't take a percentage of your rent. The price you see is the real price.

The deposit and balance go by bank transfer between guest and host. The money never passes through the platform.

When the host verifies the money arrived, the booking is confirmed and you get the instructions.

Why is payment by bank transfer?
Because that way we don't charge you commission or hold your money. The booking is confirmed when the host verifies the deposit cleared into their account — a picture of the receipt isn't enough. It's simpler, cheaper and more transparent for everyone.
And why would you trust transferring money to a stranger? Because you don't do it blind: someone visited the house and verified it, the host has a public track record, and with the booking backup they leave a deposit backing yours. You check all of that before transferring a single peso.

Optional services for hosts
Instead of commission, we offer services you can hire if you want to give more assurances. They're paid by transfer, one time only.
In-person verification
Someone from temporada visits the property and confirms it's real and as shown.
Booking backup
The host pays for a management service: if they don't deliver, temporada relocates the renter and works on returning the deposit. They pay for it, not the renter: that's what takes away the fear of transferring blind.
