The full deposit is refunded with 14 or more days; half between 14 and 7 days; nothing after that.
What happens next
Payment is arranged off the platform. Each step reaches you by email.

We have let the host know. They usually reply within 48 h.

The host reviewed your request. Now you arrange the deposit by bank transfer.

Receipt under review
You uploaded the deposit receipt. It is confirmed once the host verifies the money was credited — the image alone is not enough.

Booking confirmed
The dates are blocked and you receive the arrival instructions. The balance is paid on arrival.
